Men’s leather dress shoes by Frye. It looks like there may be discoloration from water on the right side of the right boot and in last picture I point to it. It stood out more when I conditioned them, but if wearing I don’t believe it is a stand out issue. It looks like there was masking tape placed on the soles to protect them, but could peel off.
